The project that lasted from August 2019 to June 2020 was titled Aibel JSP2 Thermal Spray Aluminium & Deck Coating Application. VIVABLAST delivered high-quality metal coating/ metallization services such as Thermally Sprayed Aluminum (TSA)/ Zinc (TSZ)/ other metal alloys per NORSOK M-501, as protective coating for a surface area that spanned over 25,000 square meters. This project required exceptional care and attention since the equipment was located offshore in Northern Europe. VIVABLAST provided coatings that could withstand the harsh salinity and weather conditions of the region. “Any failure would be a significant setback for our company. We took calculated risks and achieved the quality that the client desired,” adds Vivares. Depending on exposure (atmospheric, immersion, underground), VIVABLAST selects, supplies, and applies (as per international standards) the most suitable and efficient coatings for all kinds of protection from corrosion, water, extreme temperatures, chemical products, abrasion, weather, etc.

Another onshore project was the Rapid project in Malaysia for Petronas Malaysia. The scope of work included blasting and painting, which includes the erection of workshops and provision of coating services.Providing a well-equipped blasting and painting factory, VIVABLAST delivered strong Air Compressors, Air coolers, Modern Blasting equipment for good production capacity of 600 – 800 m2/day. They also provided good heavy industrial recycling vacuum systems for the steel grits abrasives blasting system to meet the best quality for production.
